Dear students and teachers in Japan,
The song I chose is “Things can only get better,” by D:ream. I think this song represents that Japan will recover and get better. We are hoping for the best for you and your country.

SONGS for JAPAN!
I pray for you, students and teachers in Japan. Here's Eva Cassidy's rendition of "Time After Time". I hope you never lose hope and will look to others for help. I think of these lyrics as I think of you:"If you're lost you can look--and you will find me time after time/ If you fall I will catch you--I'll be waiting, time after time." Listen here.

Here is Ben E. King's "Stand By Me" I really feel
that this song has helped me through rough times and I thought it could help you all. I really hope everything gets better for you. I just want you to know that we are all really worried about everyone.

Dear Victims of the earthquake,
This song is "Lean on me". I think that this relates to what is going on in your lives because you all need someone to lean on. A disaster has struck and you all have the rest of the world here for you. Lean on us.
I send you all my wishes,
Nicole from Pennsylvania
Dear students and teachers of Japan,
This is The Jackson 5's song "I'll be There." I believe that it can help you during this tough time because it lets you know that people are praying and have hope for you. I hope that you enjoy listing to this song, and that it will help you move forward. WE will be there.

Dear students and teachers of Japan,
I would like to share with you the song “Stand by Me”, because you need to know that you are not alone in this. Something disasterous happened, and you are going to need someone to help get through. The lyrics are powerful, and the song itself is upbeat and I hope it makes you feel good .

Dear students and teachers,
I chose “Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley because it basically states a message to live by in the chorus. In some situations it’s hard to think that everything is going to be alright, but sometimes hope and believing that things will get better is all that you have. Along with the message, Bob Marley makes everybody happy! I hope this helps!
